Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at hello@llumstudios.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Home Fragrance & Sampler Packs
All of our products, including candles, diffusers, room sprays, must be unused to be eligible for a return. Because we are a small independent business, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or opened.

If you’re unsure about a scent, we strongly recommend trying our sampler packs before purchasing full-size items. Sampler packs allow you to experience our fragrances at home and find your favourites before committing to a larger product. Explore our sampler packs here: [link].

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
